Common questions
Do you have third-party or original chargers?
Both. Many laptop chargers we stock are reliable third-party equivalents at a fair price. For some Apple devices, only the original is recommended. We will tell you which makes sense for your model.
Can you order a part that is not in stock?
Often yes. If we do not have it on the shelf, we can sometimes source it quickly from our parts suppliers.
Do you sell ink and printer supplies?
No, we do not stock printer ink. For printer repair or setup, we can usually help, or recommend who can.
Can I bring a broken cable to match?
Yes. That is the easiest way for us to find the right replacement.
