Same-day or next-business-day repair may be possible when the necessary parts are in stock and repair complexity allows. Diagnostics typically take 24–48 hours, and desktop diagnostics may take longer. We’ll explain the expected timing after assessment.

Yes. Back up important files before bringing your Mac in, especially if its storage may need to be erased or replaced. Backup is not included automatically with repairs. If you need help, ask about our paid backup service before work begins.
How Can I Identify My iMac, Mac mini, or Mac Pro Model?
Select About This Mac from the Apple menu to find the model name and year. If the Mac will not start, look for its serial number on the device or original packaging.
Can an Out-of-Warranty Mac Still Be Repaired?
Yes. An out-of-warranty Mac may still be repairable, depending on its model, condition, and the availability of compatible parts.
What Is the Difference Between a Vintage and an Obsolete Mac?
Apple generally considers a Mac vintage five to seven years after it was last distributed and obsolete after more than seven years. Parts and repair options may be more limited for these models.
Will Using an Independent Repair Shop Void My Mac’s Warranty?
