Slow Mac cleanup
Storage cleanup, removing unused apps and background processes, and reinstalling macOS when needed. Usually the $99 flat repair with no parts required.
SSD upgrades
On many iMac models, an SSD upgrade is the single biggest performance bump. Older 27-inch iMacs in particular benefit dramatically. We will check what your model supports.
macOS reinstalls and migration
Fresh install, migrating to a new Mac, or recovering from a failed update. We recommend backing up first (a paid add-on if you want us to handle it) and walk you through the result.

Most repairs start at $99 plus parts. Some jobs take more work and cost more. We always quote first, and a $50 bench fee applies only if a no-parts fix is not possible.
Can you upgrade an iMac's storage?
On many models, yes. An SSD upgrade is the single biggest performance bump for an older iMac. Bring it in and we will check what your model supports.
My Mac is slow. Can you help?
Usually yes. Slow Macs are often storage or startup clutter, and an SSD upgrade can make an older Mac feel new again. On Apple silicon Macs (M1, M2, M3), slowdowns are more often software than hardware.
What if the Mac is not worth fixing?
You can put it toward a refurbished Mac and we will move your data over the same day. The trade-up is built into how we work.
Do you work on M1, M2, M3 Macs?
Yes. Apple silicon Macs are usually software-side fixes since the hardware is glued together. We do storage cleanup, macOS reinstalls, and data recovery on Apple silicon. Some hardware repairs on those models are not economical, and we will tell you straight.
Can you recover data from a Mac that will not boot?
Often yes. Many Macs that will not start up still have a working storage drive. We can pull your files off and move them to a new Mac or external drive.
Do you do macOS upgrades?
Yes, including the prep that goes with them. Updates sometimes need a backup and a free disk space check first, which we handle.
