How Our Services Work
Tell Us What You Need
Walk in Tuesday through Saturday or call (802) 578-9687. No appointment is needed for most repair drop-offs.
Whether you need a repair, want to sell a device, or are looking for a replacement computer, we’ll help you figure out the next step.
We Take a Look
For repairs, we’ll assess the computer and determine what’s causing the problem.
If we can identify the issue at the counter, we’ll provide a quote at no charge. If an in-shop diagnosis is required and a no-parts fix is not possible, a $50 bench fee applies.
You Approve the Work
You’ll know the expected cost before repair work begins.
If the repair isn’t worth the investment, we’ll tell you honestly and can help you compare the cost with a refurbished replacement.
We Get It Done
Many repairs are completed the same day or the next business day when parts are available.
If your service requires additional testing or special-order parts, we’ll explain the expected timeline and keep you updated.
